Leadership often means making decisions without having all the answers. When situations become complex, it can be difficult to see the full picture, understand different perspectives, or decide on the best way forward.
During this interactive workshop, Giandra de Cuba will guide participants through the LEGO® Serious Play® method. By building ideas and challenges with LEGO® bricks, participants can make abstract thoughts visible, explore different possibilities, and discover insights that may not come forward through conversation alone.
The workshop creates space to think with your hands, reflect on your approach to leadership, and learn from the perspectives of others. It is not about building the perfect model, it is about using creativity to better understand complex situations.
How LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® works
The process follows a simple rhythm: a question, a build, and a shared story. The facilitator introduces a question, and each participant builds a model that represents their response. The bricks become metaphors for ideas, experiences, and challenges.
Participants then explain the meaning behind their own models. Everyone has the opportunity to contribute, ask questions, and listen, creating space for perspectives that might otherwise go unspoken.
For leaders, this offers a practical way to explore how people see the same situation differently, examine assumptions, and consider possible ways forward.
